Upgrade to serde 1.0

Hey, I think it would be cool to have this project on stable serde 1.0 because that seems to be quite stable now for some time and lots of other projects make use of that which means that currently having serde 0.8 and serde 1.0 together is a bit of a pain. Same goes for RustLSP I suppose. Should be fairly easy to update this.
