unresolved import error using debug & fmt on latest rustc

Using:

rustc 0.11.0-pre (24b1ce1 2014-05-28 06:06:47 -0700) host: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

format_args! is choking, unable to find some submacro apparently stashed somewhere in debug.

This appears to be related to rust-lang/rust#14364. I think we just need to add extern crate debug; to the root module (or we can remove the usage of {:?}). I'll look into this after my local copy of Rust has been rebuilt.

#thatwaseasy - I had tried adding the necessary extern crate debug line to src/sdl2/rwops.rs, but it needed to be added to lib.rs. Thanks @jcmoyer for pointing me to that PR!
