What happened?

terminal integ has stopped working in roo-code and linux

I have not updated my linux system in 4 months so the issue is with roocode

the error is with roocode because its worked fine for months up until the last few updates

its not roo's fault - its vs code. Insiders version 1.99 fixed the issue.

it is roos fault, i have not made a change to my linux os in over 4 months

only change i did was update roo-code
