I'm not sure why the blank configure script is necessary but I agree with you about the default setting. Please let me know if you would like to discuss the configure script some more. Although I think it won't matter when we implement CMakeLists. |

I believe that this project should provide a standard interface from its Makefile. This change changes the default command to
make buildinstead ofmake help. It also makes a blankconfigurescript.
