ssue Accessing Subdatasets in PNC_CPAC Repository an other Repositories

Dear ReproBrainChart Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently working with the PNC_CPAC dataset hosted on your GitHub page and am attempting to download all of the data using DataLad. While the main dataset is cloned successfully, I’ve encountered errors when trying to retrieve the contents of two subdatasets: inputs/data and pennlinc-containers.

In the .gitmodules file, the URLs for these submodules point to internal CBICA paths (e.g., /cbica/projects/...), which are not accessible from my sever. As a result, datalad get -r . fails due to inaccessible source locations.

Could you kindly let me know:

Are there public GitHub URLs or other accessible sources for these subdatasets?

If not, is there any recommended way to obtain their contents outside the CBICA infrastructure?

These subdatasets seem to contain important data necessary for downstream analyses, so I’d greatly appreciate any guidance on how to properly access or substitute them.

Also when I wanted to get PNC_BIDS "https://github.com/ReproBrainChart/PNC_BIDS.git -b complete-pass-0.1" I couldn't get it and I got errors
