Thank you for your feature request regarding Windows support in the ROCm PyTorch project. Currently, ROCm primarily supports Linux-based systems, and its compatibility with Windows is limited. However, there are some developments in utilizing ROCm with Windows, particularly through the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). More details can be found here.

Although current support is limited, there are ongoing efforts to enhance compatibility and functionality for Windows users, both natively and through WSL. WSL support already exists but with limited functionality, native Windows support is still in the early stages.
