Description

This PR updates the Qwik Hybrid Native App Overview guide to include Capgo, a fully open-source suite of Capacitor plugins.
The new section introduces Capgo, provides a short presentation of its mission, and highlights the most relevant plugins maintained under the Capgo GitHub organization.

Capgo complements the existing sections on Capacitor, Capawesome, and Cordova, giving developers a complete overview of the open-source ecosystem available for building and extending Qwik-based mobile apps.

No functional changes to Qwik core — this is strictly a documentation enhancement.
