…16955) * Revert "op-deployer: Update L2 genesis generation to check fork instead of useInterop flag (ethereum-optimism#16095)" This reverts commit 9ca86d0. * op-deployer: Add tests for end-to-end bootstrap (ethereum-optimism#16575) * op-deployer: Add tests for end-to-end bootstrap Adds end-to-end tests for bootstrapping the superchain and implementations then running a deployment using `apply`. These tests run against both local and tagged artifacts. However, since only backport/proposal branches have an SLA to support tagged artifacts the tagged artifacts test is skipped unless the current branch is a backport/proposal branch.
