Integrated @weinbe58 's more performant implementation of the algorithm along with transitioning away from Base.Threads
@threadsmacro in favor of Polyester.jl's@batch.While ParallelMergeCSR is now faster, this has the unfortunate consequence of having problems with Mac OS. A notice has been added indicating why this is the case in the README.
