DenseInputVecOrMat is deprecated from stdlib

```julia
julia> using SparseArrays: DenseInputVecOrMat
ERROR: UndefVarError: `DenseInputVecOrMat` not defined
```

please don't use stdlib internal APIs in the implementation if you use it mark which line it was from, otherwise it makes it hard to debug (and keep track of internals) in the future
