New and sometimes numbered URLs for Pythia Foundations content

With the transition to MyST infrastructure some of the URLs for Pythia Foundations content have changed. Unsurprisingly, this has broken quite a few links and some of the new URLs could probably use some review / updates. I imagine this is probably a known issue, but I wanted to log it here and document some of the impacts.

Some particular examples (non-exhaustive) I think we'll want to look at are listed below:
https://foundations.projectpythia.org/cartopy-1
https://foundations.projectpythia.org/datetime-1
https://foundations.projectpythia.org/pandas-1

In these examples, it looks like numbers have been introduced where file names are duplicated. If I remember correctly, someone else noted this yesterday in a different cookbook as well.

Related, I just noticed that URLs no longer have the correct "major section" paths, e.g. the Numpy overview page is at https://foundations.projectpythia.org/numpy instead of https://foundations.projectpythia.org/core/numpy

I think the two issues are related. The pages that got numbers appended have the same file name as another page at a different level in the folder hierarchy.

Great, so this should be an easy fix.

After merging ProjectPythia/pythia-config#8 upstream, the numbers and erroneous paths are resolved.

e.g. https://foundations.projectpythia.org/core/numpy, https://foundations.projectpythia.org/core/cartopy/cartopy
