Revert namely the commits 876f5b2, 0b23322, e365d58, 1cf502a that were pushed in PRs from 376 through 379. Even though the changes were in the direction to fixing the things, I am reverting these because I had bypassed branch protection rules to get the Resource Gallery Submission workflow issues fixed but couldn't succeed yet.
I am going to make all these changes in a PR and ask reviews.
