PR Summary
Fixes #148. When the user presses SPACE to mark a row, the row is marked, and then the cursor moves to the next row.
Requires Terminal.Gui v1.10
PR Context
With the fix to Terminal.Gui in #1962 (PR #1966), the fix for this was trivial.
