There is an ExchangeTransferManager. When adding this module, you can specify an existing transferManager (e.g. a GeneralTransferManager).
The ExchangeTransferManager will then return true for
verifyTransferif either the specified TM thinks the transfer is valid or if the ExchangeTransferManager thinks the transferManager is valid.You can chain these together as needed (i.e. add multiple ExchangeTransferManagers, each specifying the previous one on deployment).
