I currently I have to do this sort of thing to work around this, and I'd rather not do that a second time. |

looks great to me! since the option defaults to off, I see no reason to release as -TRIAL first. |

This adds a new
decode_podoption that takes=encodinginto account when collecting pods. This way users of Module::Metadata don't have to check end decode manually.
