windows下所有python版本都是一样的，没有python3，还是原来这样吧，就用python

windows下所有解释器都叫python，其他的会报错。具体生效的版本是取决于环境变量的位置谁在前，所以Windows就保持原样吧

windows conda这里也按原来这样吧。conda下也没有python3的解释器。
