The contract had an internal constant with a value that was redundant, because it can be obtained with native Solidity syntax.
I also wanted to make the contract into an actual Solidity
interface, but there seems to be an issue and thebytesargument in anexternalinterface function causes thatpublicfunctions cannot implement it.
