This PR changes the text of the
Abstractheading to beWhat is the OpenAPI Specification?as discussed.I fought with doing it via ReSpec config and postProcess hooks unsuccessfully, so it was done by patching the i18n strings in our version of the respec JS file.
This PR should be merged before the PR which updates the
