Pseudo PR which should only recreate Lmod cache.
We use it for ingesting an updated Lmod cache, but we must not merge it into the target branch!
We should keep it up to date with other merged PRs.
Before we retrigger an update of the Lmod cache we should leave a comment, e.g., stating why an update was needed.
