TensorFlow test didn't work for all bot instances, so it was disabled. Also the logic to determine the number of cores needed to be changes because some bot instances do not run full node jobs.
Tests run relatively long. We'll keep them enabled to obtain more experience.
Sync NESSI with EESSI PR 467.
Make some builds for testing. Nothing needs to be ingested though.
