It looks to me it is caused by Angular CLI: 7.0.6.

Describe the bug
{N} schematic help not displayed on command line when run command with --help.

To Reproduce
ng new --collection=@nativescript/schematics --help
=> Help added by @nativescript/schematics is not displayed.

Expected behavior
List all the option added by @nativescript/schematics
