I found we can perform one-time update using [Update] button. Previously, the docs stated that users needed to uninstall and reinstall the extension, but the [Update] button provides a simpler method. Could you make this update? Thank you in advance.

Pull Request Overview
This PR revises the documentation for updating Azure Monitor Agent through the Azure portal to reflect a simpler update process. Instead of requiring users to uninstall and reinstall the extension, the documentation now correctly instructs users to use the built-in [Update] button.
- Updated the one-time agent update instructions to use the [Update] button
- Simplified the process by removing the unnecessary uninstall/reinstall steps
