"Add Task" Button Not Working After Creating and Viewing Contact

After creating a new contact and navigating to view its details, the Add Task button becomes unresponsive and does not working.

Steps :

1.Create a new contact in the application and save it.

2.Navigate to the contact's detail/view page.

3.Click on the Add Task button.

4.Observe that nothing happens and the task creation does not open.
