Files Description

Implemented_functions has all the necessary functions to use in other files.
SmartSeq_MCF7 and SmartSeq_HCC1806 contain analysis from cells data obtained through SmartSeq technique regarding MCF7 and HCC1806 cell lines.
DropSeq contains analysis from cells data obtained through DropSeq ragarding both MCF7 and HCC1806 cell lines.
