On windows platform, logTruncate function unable to delete log and rename logxxxxx to log
logFile.delete();
newFile.renameTo(logFile);
The 2 lines will return false, because each LogFile object will NOT close raf when Database.reset() be called in setup() in LogTest.java, and logNew also need to be closed.
