watchOS complication not displaying for Portrait watch face

Describe the bug
The Loop complication appears to display only a label for the Loop complication on the Portrait watch face for 45mm watch.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new Portrait watch face
2. Add the Loop complication to the bottom of the watch face

Expected behavior
I expect to see current blood glucose value displayed
