Fix mypy errors in strategies/ddp_spawn.py

What does this PR do?

Fixes mypy errors in pytorch_lightning/strategies/ddp_spawn.py as mentioned in #13445.

There is one issue: somehow mypy sees self.model._get_ddp_logging_data as a Tensor and throws "Tensor" not callableerror when calling self.model._get_ddp_logging_data().

Edit: I just saw the reported issue on pytorch/pytorch#81462 so I am going to add # type: ignore[operator] for now.
