[Feature request] Update to latest npm

Hello,
i'm wondering whether there is an automatic way to keep up-to-date with the official npm repo.
I would like to integrate crowdsec so im wondering whether i should edit my original npm container with openresty or whether this repo can be made it so that it search for the latest tag/release to do its magic

It's only x,1 release behind - Currently on 2.11.1 (update 3 months ago), latest release is 2.11.2 only just out. Is there a specific issue you are trying to solve?

Is this repo still active? I have it on my system and haven't seen an update in a long time.

I think it's on nginx 2.11.3 and the latest stable is 2.12.3

2.12 nginx patched some significant security vulnerabilities.

Wondering if it's maybe time to switch to npm plus.
