[Feature request] Update to Alpine 3.18

Idea

Hi there,

Alpine 3.16 has been unsupported for 11 months -- Any chance you could update to 3.18 to get security patches?

I've been trying to merge jlesage's master branch (which is on 3.18) into this, but I can't get the image to work properly :(

This repository no longer appears to be the current repo from the Docker container.

Dockerhub lepresidente/nginx-proxy-manager uses Alpine 3.18.12.
