Nightly builds plugin

Thank you for bring LSP for Kotlin officially.

Is it possible to publish nightly builds of plugin somewhere to try it out. Last build in releases from end of May. I am pretty sure there are a lot of changes.

Of course no questions and guarantees applied to quality etc.

Conceptually, there are no issues apart from the fact that it requires manual intervention for now; we'll see how it can be addressed
