Deprecated warning spammed when building Julia on master

When building Julia on today's master, the following warning is displayed tens of times, filling about a dozen screens:

NOTE: Assumed "Array" refers to `Base.Array`. This behavior is deprecated and may differ in future versions.

I believe this was fixed by JuliaLang/LinearAlgebra.jl#1196

Yes, it's just waiting for a LinearAlgebra bump, but that's been delayed due to an unrelated change that happened in LinearAlgebra.jl in the meantime.
