Test failure related to StaticArrays and ArrayInterface

The static array tests in test_ad.jl are failing, see e.g. https://github.com/JuliaDiff/SparseDiffTools.jl/actions/runs/4537212339/jobs/7994820746?pr=235#step:6:389. This seems to relate to a ArrayInterface/ StaticArrays bug, either upstream or in our usage of the libraries here.

It's also a little surprising that there are static arrays as large as 30 x 30 in the tests:
