Documentation Overhaul #217
Description
ForwardDiff's documentation is overdue for an overhaul. Here's what we should aim to have:
- versioned docs (right now the docs just always reflect what's on master)
- replace RST with in-source docstrings + markdown
- use Documenter + gh-pages instead of letting rendered docs reside on master
