Support Typescript version numbers

🚀 Feature

• Add version number to Typescript project. Now, you have a "version" property directly within TS:Project nodes without needing to query it from the matching NPM:Package node.
• Add version number to Java artifact. Now, you have a "version" property directly within Java:Artifact nodes without needing to query it from the matching Maven nodes.
• Link external modules to npm package dependencies
• Add queries for manual exploration and validation
• Add profile to continue on jQAssistant scan errors. Now, jQAssistant scan errors can be ignored (continue-on-error: true) by using the new profile Neo4jv5-continue-on-scan-errors.

⚙️ Optimization

• Ignore locally published yalc package analysis files. Add .yalc to the ignored directories that shouldn't be scanned.
• Log Typescript scan heap memory setting. The current value of the environment variable TYPESCRIPT_SCAN_HEAP_MEMORY is now printed to the console before the scan is started.
• Provide internal dry run mode for Typescript scan. For now, this is only an internal feature that makes it easier to work on the script scanTypescript.sh.
• Refine description of env var JQASSISTANT_CLI_VERSION. The environment variable JQASSISTANT_CLI_VERSION has now an improved description.

🛠 Fix

• Remove index.* suffix from Typescript "module" property. If a module path ends with e.g. /index.ts, it can be imported with that postfix and without it. To be able to match both variants, the "module" property now contains the module name without an optional /index.*suffix.
• Resolve external modules to internals with same "module". In combination with the cleaned up "module" property, external modules are also resolved if there is an internal module with the same "module" property now independent from the index.* suffix.
• Fix ambiguous npm package to Typescript project link. If the name of a monorepo is the same as one of its packages, then this wasn't resolved correctly before this fix.
