Add "new videos posted to YouTube" to News page

@Eleanor-Young has posted new edited videos to the Interlisp YouTube channel, and they might be worth plugging on the News an Status Reports page.

Which of the latest videos would be best to report on the page, and how to organize them? Some ideas:

1. all new videos as they are uploaded
2. monthly updates
3. quarterly updates
4. a selection of the latest interesting videos

I'd prefer somewhere between 1 and 2: all new updates AFTER they are uploaded, as there is time but at least monthly. Over time the pointer to YouTube or the bibliography or both.

What about starting with all the videos uploaded in July and then every other month or so? By pointer to YouTube do you mean linking the channel from the website?

I submitted PR #290. Since there were a few videos uploaded in August and June, then a gap back to January, as per the August 6, 2025 external meeting I included the ones since June too.

@stumbo Does Docsy provide a YouTube icon? Can you please add it to the footer and link to our YouTube channel?

Never mind, I see the Hugo social icons are configured in params.yaml and Font Awesome provides a YouTube icon. Therefore I'll submit a PR with a new entry like this for our YouTube channel:
