Open Agile Multichannel Power Emulator for Research
OpenAMPERe is an extensible research and training tool capable of generating or replaying telemetry data in electric power grid ICS HIL environments with an open-source front-end currently being developed by the Information Trust Institute.
The OpenAMPERe Power Box is a compact (6U), low-voltage, low-power substation emulator that can generate three-phase telemetry, breaker control, and status, along with programmable binary inputs and outputs with different modes of operation.
This repository contains the software used to communicate with and control the OpenAMPERe Power Box. The src directory contains several useful examples of how this software can be leveraged as well as source code for the library itself.
