Improve line name readability in RTE demo #2
Description
It is not possible to correlate the line name in a card with the plot of the grid as is.
To improve this, rather than using the bare line name from grid2op, we could name it as "sub_or_id + sub_ex_id + line_id". This way we will be able to recover the substation ids at the line extremity and locate it on the plot
