Feat: ETH plugin

Let me know if that makes sense, if this PR is going in, we can work on making a proper ETH SVG icon.

We could as well make this a generic crypto currency plugin.

Would be happy to include this - would it be possible to make this to accept configuration for multiple tickers, e.g. ["ETH","BTC","VET"] and render then side by side? I'm already working on a way to provide this type of configuration for each plugin
