It's reasonable to put such a common name as `GetResponse` into namespace.
Composer recognizes version from repository tag names. It's recommended by official documentation to omit this property.
If there's no need for custom installation logic Composer documentation recommends to omit this field.
Support for namespaces introduced in PHP 5.3.0.

Add PSR-4 autoloading and remove some misused properties from
composer.json.
