Adding YYYY-MM-DD (or customizable) Date Formats to Appearance

Hi!

I noticed the YYYY-MM-DD Date Format was missing in the Appearance -> Date Setting.
It would be a small but nice addition :)

Perhaps it's possible to add a way to format your own Date/Time similar to how Windows does it.
