hide Uninstallers filters options in Programs Plugin

my most used plugin in flow its Programs as a launcher. i never use the start menu any more 😄
i, manually went thru the programs list to removed every "Uninstall.exe\link"

somehow when i updated to v1.18 that all got reset and theyre back...

i use a dictated utility for uninstalling software so i never want to see them here, or accidently launch one from flow by mistake, which happens to often.

would it be possible to request a toggle to hide "uninstallers" or an option for hide filters under the programs plugin that could bulk hide names like "unins000.exe" & "uninstall.exe" are common ones for most software. also "uninstall.lnk" of which i have ~120 items in my menu to hide\remove again.
