More POINT:LABELS

Hi,

The 'POINT:LABELS' can only contain 255 points and for more points, there will be 'POINT:LABELS2' in the Metadata. This adjustment is able to retrieve the labels of any number of points.

I like the idea of these changes but it is a quick fix to the underlying problem which makes me slightly hesitant to approve of these changes. It is still an 'improvement' but it will likely be reverted when an actual solution is implemented as it would directly clash with such a solution.

If @AKuederle thinks the improvement is warranted it is fine by me (doing this for POINT:LABELS has some importance), otherwise I would likely prefer an actual solution to this issue. For example similar patches could be applied to POINT:DESCRIPTIONS as well since it is equally applicable but in the end there would always exist 'another' paramater which would require a similar correction which in the end would just lead to pollution and create hassles for someone who would actually implement a solution to the problem.
