Easystack files not resolving dependencies from PR

In #370 (and specifically #370 (comment)) @t1mk1k and I noticed that for EasyStack files, EasyBuild does not seem to resolve the dependencies from the linked PR but instead is picking them up from the EasyBuild release. Explicitly adding all easyconfigs in the PR to the easystack file (in the correct order) fixed the breaking builds.
