README outdated, links to F-Droid's own repository, which is no longer used

As stated in #252 and indicated by several duplicates, users continue to be unaware of the fact that Mull no longer receives updates on the official F-Droid repository. Therefore, I've opened this issue to give platform to a potential solution to the issue, as it currently continues to be perceived as one by users. There is a PR (#228) that tries to make readers of the README aware of the DivestOS F-Droid repo, which is needed more so than ever now that Mull is no longer distributed on F-Droid's own repo. However, that PR has been waiting for a response from a maintainer for months, so I decided against opening a new PR and instead want to use this issue to ask you this before opening a PR:

How do you want this intransparency / lack of information to be addressed? I would simply suggest to remove the F-Droid repo link and at least tell readers to use the DivestOS repository in its place.

I'll try to rebase that PR later today.

But that link is still technically the correct format for opening in F-Droid client, even from a 3rd party repo.

I just expect most people would find the app via F-Droid or via DivestOS.org and not the Git readme.

It should be noted that there is one last fix pending merge and then it should be back on track, this is noted at the top of news page.

It's been so long since last update I came here to ask if Mull is abandoned. Anyways I'm up to date with the information now and went to download using divest.org repo but it says I need to uninstall Mull first.

When can I expect that? I'd rather not go through uninstalling and losing all previous data and setting up browser anew if Fdroid repo comes back alive in a few days.

You can use Obtainium to track releases from F-droid official, F-droid third party repo including Github wihtout visiting the sites manually everytime.

I would but I'd need time to set up all the addons and stuff. It wouldn't take that much time ik but not in the headspace to do that right now sadly. Maybe I'll change repo later if I see official F-droid constantly takes noticably longer than DivestOs repo.

@uugaabuugaa please do not use obtainium, it has no mirror support, does not verify the files, and will often install the wrong version (32bit version on 64bit device which is less secure).

@SkewedZeppelin I'm thinking of switching to DivestOS repo now that it seems F-droid repo is behind again. But is there a way to retain extensions data if not all browser data after reinstalling Mull?

@uugaabuugaa you can backup bookmarks/settings by hand or you can use Sync

it also isn't behind, I didn't bother pushing 132.0.1 and 132.0.2 yet because they were very minor updates, no security fixes.
