Add Code Security section to Datadog plugin for JetBrains IDEs

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Adds a new Code Security section to encompass the Static Analysis, Library Vulnerabilities and Runtime Code Vulnerabilities.

Also re-orders the main page to reduce duplication.
