EXC_BAD_ACCESS on XCode 11.2 and iOS13.2

Hi, I have issues since I updated my project to XCode 11.2 and iOS13.2.

EXC_BAD_ACCESS when trying to run "Note" Sample on Simulator or Device.

Can anyone help?
