BOY: "locking" ROI and crosshair size/location in IntensityGraph widget

Hi,

Suggestion for a new feature: locking ROIs and crosshair so that the mouse cannot modify them in anyway, via a simple yes/no property. It would add a lot more flexibility to the widget. The OPI designer can then easily decide whether to give control of the ROI/crosshair to the user.
