change position of zoom level from workbench tab-bar to toolbar #2543
Description
In the OPI Display Workbench the zoom level (zoom +, zoom - and percentage) and back and forward arrows are located in the same bar as the tabs of the workbench (left, right, middle, ...). If too many tabs are opened in one workbench, these button are shifted downwards together with the panel.
We suggest that these buttons are integrated to the toolbar, as this is already the case in OPI Editor tabs.
