Add CLICK command for preprocess steps #311
Description
Currently we have APPLE-Picker, Cov3d, and Cov2d commands were built from CLICK interface. We have not decided what kind of scripts should be in final stage. To be consistent, I will add the the preprocess command in the CLICK interface temporarily. We can modify it in future when necessary.
