Remove the score in the Header and Block field

We can check the contents of this issue in the following PR and issue: PR #162 , issue #21 .

I removed the score from all fields except the Header and Block in the previous work #162.
Work still remaining are as follows:
- Remove the score in all the fields
- To check: Check e2e tests
- Modify e2e tests for the Foundry without the score
